It’s easy to look at the people who are soaring—the entrepreneurs, the artists, the innovators—and assume they were born with some special fire. We see them above us, their success shining brightly in the sun, and we forget all the work that went into getting off the ground. But ambition isn't a genetic trait. It's not a gift you simply receive. It's a choice you make, an engine you ignite, and a journey you begin on a runway of your own making. Think of your dreams not as destinations, but as flight plans. Before you can ever reach the clouds, you have to do the quiet, unseen work on the tarmac.
