You are receiving this survey as our records indicate that you have been enrolled at Race City Flight Ops for at least one month now, and we would love to get your feedback on how things have been so far. Participation in this survey is voluntary; your name will not be revealed to instructors and your responses will be collected and reviewed as anonymous (unless concerning responses warrant immediate action be taken by Management). The reason for this survey is to make sure you are obtaining proper knowledge and training and feel comfortable in the RCFO environment. By submitting this survey, you consent RCFO to use the data collected to work towards any improvements in areas of operation that may be lacking.
