Sara’s Story: As Sara’s training neared its end, she finally felt ready to take on the challenge of becoming a licensed pilot. She worked hard to gain experience and build her resume, and eventually landed a job with a regional airline.

But as she began her training to become a student pilot, she quickly realized that the journey would not be easy. The first few flights were a blur of technical jargon and seemingly endless checklist procedures. Sara struggled to keep up with the pace of the training and often found herself feeling frustrated and overwhelmed. She began to doubt whether she was cut out for this demanding career path.
