Martha’s Inspiration: A coworker shared their travel stories: One day, while taking a break in the break room, a coworker shared their travel stories with me. They talked about their adventures exploring different parts of the world, trying new foods, and meeting new people. Hearing about their experiences ignited a sense of wanderlust in me and made me realize that there was so much more to life than my office job.

Newer Martha’s Inspiration: I read about a pilot’s life on a travel blog: During a particularly slow day at work, I stumbled upon a travel blog that chronicled the adventures of a pilot who traveled to different parts of the world. Reading about their experiences and seeing the incredible pictures of the destinations they visited inspired me to pursue a career in aviation. I realized that being a pilot would allow me to combine my love of travel with my passion for flying.

Older Martha’s Inspiration: I felt unfulfilled in my job: Despite having a stable and well-paying job, I found myself feeling unfulfilled and bored at work. I yearned for a career that challenged me and allowed me to grow both personally and professionally. Becoming a pilot represented a new and exciting career path that would allow me to push myself out of my comfort zone and achieve my dreams.
