Thank you for taking a discovery flight with Race City Flight Operations! To take the discovery flight, you must provide an acceptable form of I.D., and sign this waiver and release.

You (“Releasor”) are seeking permission to participate in flying related activities. Releasor acknowledges and understands the risks and hazards inherent in or to be anticipated in flying in an aircraft, being around aircraft, being a pilot, student pilot, or a passenger in flying related activities, which could include serious injury or death. Releasor voluntarily chooses to participate with full knowledge of these risks and hazards.

RELEASE/WAIVER: In consideration of the above named Releasor being permitted to participate in flying related activities, Releasor, for himself/herself and his/her personal representatives, family members, heirs, assigns and next of kin, hereby releases, waives and discharges Flight Level Aviation LLC /dba Race City Flight Operations including its flight instructors, officers, directors, employees and agents (“Releasees”), from all liability to the Releasor for all loss of damage and from every claim, demand, action or right of action, of whatever kind of nature either in law or in equity, on account of injury to or death of, or damage to the property of the Releasor, occurring while the Releasor is participating in flying related activities. As part of this discovery flight, Releasees will take my picture after the completion of the flight and use it for social media and marketing. Releasees will use my first name only in any marketing.

INDEMNITY: Releasor agrees to indemnify the Releasees of any loss, liability, damage or cost that Releasees may incur due to the participation of the Releasor in flying related activities.

Releasor has carefully read this agreement, fully understands its contents, is aware that this is a release of liability and a contract between the parties hereto, and has signed at his/her own free will. Releasor and Releasees intend for this waiver and release to be enforceable to the fullest extent allowable under North Carolina law.
